Try your hand at a Japanese martial art. We will have a 6 week series of beginner classes for people interested in starting or coming back to Aikido. These classes aim to give you a basic understanding of how to fall safely and some basic techniques in a fun and stress free environment. The aim of the course is to give you a foundation in Aikido so you can continue your practice in our standard classes.
The offer is 6 weeks of classes for €50, that’s up to 18 classes! They can be taken on either Monday or Thursdays and if adventurous Saturday too. But this is all at our own pace, come as much as you like.
